There was nothing I didn't like.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. The location was central to all Southbank restaurants and cafes, and we loved the easy access to the living and sleeping area. The view from every room was breathtaking, especially the one overlooking the city across the river. Additionally, the staff provided a warm welcome and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

The apartment is also conveniently close to both the living and sleeping areas, ensuring easy navigation throughout. Guests can enjoy the stunning views of the city and the Yarra River from the breathtaking two-floor windows in the living area. The apartment is fully equipped with a spacious kitchen, complete with a large fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, and even a coffee machine with coffee pods. the apartment features three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and balcony, providing ample space and luxury for families, couples, and friends.

Some cleaning and maintenance issues were reported that should have been addressed before guests arrived.

The gym was modern and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and waited for us despite our delayed arrival. The kitchen was well-equipped and the apartment was clean and tidy. The luxurious amenities met all of our needs and we were thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. the room was well-equipped with exclusive advantages, including a private outdoor dining area. the location was convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby and easy access to public transportation.

The only minor issue we encountered was the check-in process which took longer than expected due to having to answer multiple questions on an iPad. this was a small inconvenience compared to the overall positive experience.
